These terms and conditions are provided by The Elves Workshop (referred to as ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ in these terms) and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on our website. We reserve the right to close any, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.

 

Description of Products

Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website. Price savings are evaluated on prices charged for previous 30 days or manufacturer’s suggested retail price or original retail prices. Prices quoted on this website are for guidance only and may very from prices charged in-store.

Each product has a tick box that requires you to confirm that the spelling of the text provided is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect spellings. Please ensure that the information is correct. 

Returns Policy On Receipt of the Goods

If you are in any way unhappy with the contents of your order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem:
  • All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period.
  • Where goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, it would be helpful to us in resolving any problem, if, when signing to accept delivery, you could write Box damaged on the delivery record.
  • Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement of refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Due to the items being personalised we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
