The Elves Workshop products are exclusively available online. We strive to provide you the best designs at affordable prices. You can order online 24 hours a day seven days a week by using the product categories located on the menu bar. All payments are secured using Stripe, one of the best trusted payment gateways on the market.
How do I personalise a product?
Our trained designers are delighted to hand-personalise your chosen ornament for you. Use the form on the product page to provide your chosen first names, surnames and/ or message. Please ensure that all spellings and information are correct as these can be difficult to rectify after completion.
Delivery Information
We are delighted to use UPS to delivery our products. Orders placed on weekdays are generally always dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day. UPS offer our customers a 2 day delivery time on most addresses however this can be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide you with a tracking code to track your order. All deliveries must be signed for.
Returns Policy
All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period. Where goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, it would be helpful to us in resolving any problem, if, when signing to accept delivery, you could write Box damaged on the delivery record. Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement of refund at no extra cost to you. Due to the items being personalised we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
